Well today’s your lucky day because Brooklyn Star Entertainment is short a few hands, and we’re looking for interns.  This is an opportunity for individuals who are looking for practical, real-world experience to start cutting their teeth while earning college credits.

What’s the catch?  There is no catch.  We have a variety of positions available with the majority of them being worked from home provided you have a computer, internet connection and can meet deadlines.  That’s not all.  Your internship has the potential to become a paid job with this growing company.  And once you’re in, the sky’s the limit.  These are the positions that are up for grabs:

HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

The candidate with the right stuff to get the job done will have general computer knowledge and excellent organizational and project management skills, because you’re going to be handling a variety of HR processes with little supervision.  You’ll also need to possess cultural awareness and sensitivity skills.

The duties include but are not limited to:

·  Recruitment and talent acquisition through management of online job postings

·  Identify potential candidates

·  Screen and arrange interviews

·  Assist with interviewing and testing

·  Management of New-Hire paperwork

·  Skills in New-Hire on-boarding

·  Continuing support go-to person to serve as point of contact for all employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, company policies, etc.

·  HR Projects

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

This one’s a no brainer.  We’re looking for individuals who are proficient in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.  If you’re not, this is your cue right now to stop reading for this position and step out of line.  Don’t even bother going to the back of it.  The candidate must be goal orientated and able to meet deadlines.  A working knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Flash, and Dreamweaver is a plus.

The duties include but are not limited to:

·  Support Creative Services

·  Creation of unique material

·  Design Layout

·  Production of Graphic Material

MARKETING

If you are proficient in the use of today’s growing social networking scenes, we want you.  The right candidate for this project is also going to be a creative and entertaining writer.  If that’s you, we want you even more.  If you’ve got the gift for gab and can start a discussion and keep it going, we’re now finding it hard to live without you.  Why aren’t you here yet?

The duties include but are not limited to:

·  Support of the Marketing Department

·  Assisting with the design, organization, and implementation of Marketing Campaigns

·  Assisting with the design of Marketing and sales materials

·  Web presence updating

·  Provide regular Facebook posts and Tweets
